1. First Page Digital

First Page Digital SEO page headline Singapore's #1 SEO Agency with a Get A Free Quote button and award laurels

First Page Digital suits mid-sized Singapore companies that want ranking targets written into the contract. Its SEO page sets page 1 goals for 10% of campaign keywords in 3 months, 30% in 6 months and 50% in 12 months. If the agency misses agreed benchmarks, clients can end the engagement at no further cost, subject to its terms.

The agency opened in Singapore in 2011 and works from 120 Robinson Road. It says all core SEO work stays in-house, with a team of 30 SEO specialists under director Fabian Seow. Gain City, the electronics and appliance retailer, reports 220% more purchases year on year, and pawnbroker Maxi-Cash a 760% rise in revenue.

Clients follow campaigns on SENTR, the agency's own reporting dashboard. In 2021 the Singapore business joined Superist, a digital agency group launched by Australian investor Nick Bell. The SEO FAQ says First Page is not a PSG pre-approved vendor, so its retainers carry no grant subsidy.

On Clutch, it holds 4.6 from 50 reviews, the newest from July 2025 (read September 2026). The same profile lists hourly rates of $100 to $149.

  • Best for: Companies that want keyword research, content, links and the site changes themselves handled by one in-house team.
  • Where it falls short: No grant support, and Clutch lists a $5,000 minimum project size.
  • Pricing: From S$1,800 a month, per its SEO FAQ.

2. Impossible Marketing

Impossible Marketing SEO page headline SEO Services by the #1 Marketing Agency with four award laurels

Impossible Marketing fits Singapore SMEs that want to part-fund SEO through the Productivity Solutions Grant. Its PSG page lists five pre-approved packages. Four pair SEO for 60 keywords with search ads, social media or content marketing, over 3 to 5 months.

Outside the grant, the SEO page FAQ says packages start from $1,099 a month. That fee covers keyword research, content, technical SEO, link building, monthly reports and a Client Success Manager. The FAQ puts $1,000 to $1,500 a month as the realistic range for reputable local agencies.

The firm started in 2012 and works from two floors at 14A Yan Kit Road. Its about page names SK Jewellery, Suntec City, Singtel and Changi Airport among past clients. It also says all client projects stay in-house and the company is 100% locally owned.

At MARKETING-INTERACTIVE's 2022 Agency of the Year awards, Impossible Marketing took Bronze in both Search Marketing Agency of the Year and Lead Generation Agency of the Year. The SEO team pairs a Client Success Manager with an SEO and link building specialist, a web developer, a content writer and a Head of Search.

  • Best for: Local SMEs that want a grant-backed starting package, then a low monthly retainer.
  • Where it falls short: Its SEO page names past clients but shows no case study with results. Its Clutch profile holds 9 reviews, the newest from June 2021 (4.9, read September 2026).
  • Pricing: From $1,099 a month; grant packages priced on quotation.

3. OOm

OOm SEO page headline Dominate Online with Singapore's Leading SEO Agency beside a 1st Page guarantee badge

OOm suits SMEs that want SEO, Google Ads and social media run by a Singapore agency that has sold SEO since 2006. It took Bronze for Search Agency of the Year at MARKETING-INTERACTIVE's 2025 Agency of the Year awards. In 2022 the same awards gave it Silver in the search category and Gold for lead generation.

OOm Pte Ltd registered in 2006 and works from Level 7 of the Orchard Building on Grange Road, with a second office in Quezon City, Philippines. Its SEO page sorts plans into Essential, Scale and Enterprise tiers for 5, 15 and 30 or more target pages.

All three tiers list a guaranteed number of backlinks, and the page header carries a 1st Page guarantee badge.

Case studies report a 740% rise in leads for Carpetworkz and 800% more organic traffic for Moneyplus Capital. Tangs Clinical TCM, a smaller result, gained 89% in organic traffic.

OOm also built SEOCloud, a dashboard that tracks rankings alongside brand visibility in ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews. The site lists international, ecommerce, local and video SEO as separate services, plus WeChat marketing for China.

  • Best for: SMEs that want SEO, paid search and social media under one account, with help on grant support.
  • Where it falls short: Its SEO tiers carry no prices, and its Clutch profile holds 7 reviews, the newest from December 2024 (4.7, read September 2026).
  • Pricing: On request; tiers start at 5 target pages.

4. Heroes of Digital

Heroes of Digital page headline SEO Services in Singapore That Help You Dominate Google, Maps, AI Overviews and ChatGPT

Heroes of Digital fits clinics, law firms and home service businesses that judge SEO by leads rather than rankings. Its SEO agency page keeps a "kill list" of what it will not sell. Rankings guarantees and page 1 promises are both on it, next to 100-keyword lists with no buyer intent.

Heroes of Digital Pte Ltd works from 1008 Toa Payoh North. Its about page counts more than 100 specialists across Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines, led by founder and CEO Shane Yuen. It lists Google's Breakthrough Excellence and Lead Generation Excellence awards for Southeast Asia.

The SEO service splits into ten parts, from keyword research and technical SEO to local SEO, GEO and conversion optimisation.

For Sterling Law, the agency rebuilt the website and published plain-language legal content. It ran Google Ads alongside the SEO work. The case study reports 320% more keywords ranked on Google.

Reporting runs through HeroIQ, its own platform joining campaign, lead and search data. On Semrush's agency directory, Heroes of Digital holds 4.7 from 86 reviews and gives 2015 as its founding year (September 2026).

  • Best for: Healthcare, legal and home service firms that want SEO and paid search measured against the same leads.
  • Where it falls short: It publishes no package prices, and the lowest budget band on its enquiry form is $3,000 to $5,000.
  • Pricing: On request, through a proposal.

5. Construct Digital

Construct Digital SEO page headline Enterprise SEO Services That Drive Revenue, Not Just Rankings

Construct Digital suits B2B enterprises and public bodies that buy SEO in quarterly cycles, with a review at the end of each. Its SEO page runs each quarter through four phases: audit, roadmap, implementation and review.

For the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), Construct reports a 50% rise in organic sessions on the corporate website. The team worked with IMDA's website vendor to put its fixes live. The same page shows 85 of 100 keywords on page 1 for Giant Hypermart and 30% more organic sessions for cybersecurity firm ESET.

Founder Charanjit Singh set up the agency after 25 years inside enterprise marketing, and the team works from CT Hub 2 on Lavender Street. The SEO page lists Silver for Search Marketing Agency of the Year at the 2018 Agency of the Year Awards.

Construct also holds Google, HubSpot and Salesforce partner status. Its SEO FAQ says most clients see measurable movement within 3 to 6 months, with larger gains in months 6 to 12.

Paid search sits next to SEO at eight of the nine agencies on this list:

Heatmap of nine agencies: First Page Digital and Best SEO Singapore show an SGD price, a named case study, a results guarantee and Google Ads, while Stridec offers no Google Ads service

Construct's programme also covers up to 3 domains or countries for firms running regional sites.

  • Best for: B2B, SaaS and education marketers who need to defend SEO spend at a quarterly review.
  • Where it falls short: It publishes no prices, and its Clutch profile shows no reviews as of September 2026.
  • Pricing: On request; most engagements start with a stand-alone SEO audit.

6. Seotal

Seotal homepage headline Hire Dedicated Freelance SEO Experts with Hire an SEO Expert and Our Services buttons

Seotal is our company, so weigh this entry accordingly. It suits Singapore businesses that want one dedicated freelance SEO specialist instead of an agency team. Seotal matches clients with vetted freelancers working from India, the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and Dubai, UAE; it has no Singapore office and is not a Singapore agency.

A client sends a brief and receives 3 to 5 screened profiles within 72 hours, then interviews candidates by video. Vetting covers a portfolio review, a written SEO test, a live technical interview with a senior SEO lead, an English assessment and a reference check. The FAQ page says fewer than 5% of applicants join the active pool.

The pricing page lists hourly work at $15 to $30 with no minimum. A part-time retainer costs $1,000 to $2,000 a month for 60 to 80 hours, with a 3-month minimum and a live Looker Studio dashboard. Seotal replaces a freelancer who does not fit in the first 30 days at no extra cost.

Invoices go out in US dollars by default, with Singapore dollars available on request. Freelancers in the Philippines and Malaysia work on GMT+8, the same clock as Singapore. Full-time dedicated hires are custom priced, with a 6-month minimum.

  • Best for: Startups and SMEs that want a named specialist on set weekly hours inside their own tools.
  • Where it falls short: No Singapore office, and you get one freelancer plus a Talent Success Manager, not an agency's content, PR and development teams.
  • Pricing: US$15 to US$30 an hour, or US$1,000 to US$2,000 a month part-time.

7. 2Stallions

2Stallions page headline SEO Agency In Singapore For The AI Era with Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini search bars

2Stallions fits brands selling in both Singapore and Malaysia that want SEO, paid media and content from one agency. Its SEO page prices Singapore packages from SGD$1,180 a month. All tiers except Basic have no keyword cap.

That starting rate sits in the lower half of the six Singapore dollar prices published by agencies on this list:

Lowest published monthly SEO prices in Singapore dollars: Digitrio S$1,000, Impossible Marketing S$1,099, 2Stallions S$1,180, First Page Digital S$1,800, Stridec S$2,500 and Best SEO Singapore S$2,800

Package deliverables are set for a 6-month campaign. They cover on-page work for AI Overviews and generative engines, Google Business Profile optimisation, directory citations and press release submission. The page says each SEO specialist has at least 3 years of hands-on experience.

AmCham Singapore's 2025 awards recognised 2Stallions for Quantum Leap in Digital and AI. The page counts 400+ brands served over 13+ years, including an Australian campervan brand whose blog targeted serious buyers.

  • Best for: SMEs and regional brands that want a published starting price and page coverage instead of keyword counts.
  • Where it falls short: Its SEO case studies do not name clients, and its Clutch profile shows no reviews as of September 2026.
  • Pricing: From SGD$1,180 a month, with deliverables scoped for 6 months.

9. Stridec

Stridec GEO services page headline Your competitors are being cited by AI. You should be too.

Stridec fits ecommerce and SaaS brands whose main goal is a citation in Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT answers. On its case studies page, Bread Garden, a Shopify food store, grew clicks 27 times while its rankings held steady. A brand-new coffee store earned its first AI Overview citation within about 48 hours.

Founder Alva Chew has worked in SEO for over two decades, and Stridec gives 2001 as its start. He first tested his method on AeroChat, his own AI SaaS startup. AeroChat's Search Console data showed 343% more impressions, and its first AI Overview appearance came in under 3 weeks.

The pricing page lists three monthly plans in Singapore dollars, with no lock-in. GEO Foundations costs S$2,500 for one channel and at least 8 content pieces. GEO Authority costs S$4,500 for Google plus ChatGPT, and the S$8,000 plan adds Claude and traditional SEO.

Stridec does no paid media, social or brand work, and it works from CT Hub 2 on Lavender Street. Clutch shows 4.9 from 8 reviews, the newest from January 2024 (read September 2026).

Which search channel does Stridec's S$2,500 plan cover?

  • Where it falls short: Clutch lists 2 to 9 employees, and it offers no paid search or social media services.

Digitrio suits small businesses that want a fixed monthly SEO fee with link standards spelled out. Its pricing page starts at S$1,000 a month for 30 keywords or more, with a 6-month minimum commitment.

The page ties that price to 1 to 3 new backlinks a month. Linking sites should have a Domain Rating above 30, more than 500 monthly organic visitors and a spam score under 3%.

The same page prints a table of typical Singapore rates, with ecommerce SEO from $1,500 a month and enterprise SEO from $3,000.

The retainer also covers Google Analytics and Search Console setup, 301 redirects, 404 fixes and blog content with custom visuals. Clients get a monthly SEO report and a quarterly campaign review. Digitrio says its own content ranks on page 1 for "How SEO Works" alongside international names such as HubSpot.

Digitrio Pte Ltd started in 2014, according to its about page. The team says it set up the firm after watching agencies sell "guaranteed rankings in 90 days or it's free". The team works from 22 Cross Street and also sells Google Ads management, SEO copywriting and web design.

  • Where it falls short: Its site names no SEO client results.
