1. SEO Hacker

SEO Hacker homepage at seo-hacker.net, captured September 2026

SEO Hacker suits businesses that want an SEO-first agency to run content, links and technical fixes on a monthly retainer. Sean Si launched it as a blog on April 12, 2010. He registered the business in April 2011. Its first client, a scuba diving company, paid ₱50,000 a month.

SEO Hacker's history page says the firm now has a 70-person team serving almost 100 clients. It lists an office in BF Parañaque, a satellite office in Bacolod and a front office in Singapore. The same page puts annual revenue at around $2 million.

The SEO package page spells out the work: one article a week, guest posts on blogs with DA 20+, and a monthly report listing the links built. The about page puts the typical wait for first-page rankings at six months, and says staff write articles and build links by hand.

Newer service pages add answer engine optimization (AEO) and SEM. The firm runs a sister creative agency called Sigil and plans to revive its SEO Summit industry event in 2026.

  • Best for: Philippine and overseas SMEs that want white hat link building with the placements shown in a monthly report.
  • Where it falls short: It has no verified Clutch reviews as of September 2026, and its site names no local SEO or white label service.
  • Pricing: On request. The service packages page lists what each plan includes, with no prices.

2. Propelrr

Propelrr homepage at propelrr.com, captured September 2026

Propelrr fits finance, e-commerce, real estate and automotive brands that want SEO run alongside paid media, UX design and analytics. The agency began as Search Opt Media in 2008, rebranded as Propelrr, and works from the DMCI Homes Corporate Center in Makati. In 2018 it opened Propelrr USA LLC in San Diego.

Its AutoDeal case study reports annual organic traffic rising from 3,208,158 in 2015 to 20,017,340. Propelrr limits its stated role to keyword research, search intent mapping and content planning, while AutoDeal built the lead routing. A second case study says a Google-penalized client went from $14,750 to $60,000 a month in revenue after a link cleanup lasting over four months.

Client logos on the homepage include Manulife, Jollibee Foods Corporation, Mazda Philippines, Nestlé Philippines and DMCI Homes. Its SEO service page lists 12 offers, from international SEO and GEO to app store optimization, penalty recovery and SEO training.

Propelrr won Gold and Silver at the 2024 Asia Stevie Awards for work on the DMCI Homes app. Its FAQ tells buyers to expect results in 6 to 12 months, depending on the industry.

  • Best for: Banks, insurers and marketplaces that need SEO tied to CRO, paid media and analytics.
  • Where it falls short: Its Clutch profile holds a single 5.0 review as of September 2026, so outside feedback is thin.
  • Pricing: On request. Its SEO FAQ quotes a market range of $3,000 to $7,500 a month, not Propelrr's own rates.

3. Spiralytics

Spiralytics homepage at spiralytics.com, captured September 2026

Spiralytics works best for companies that want SEO, paid search and content handled by one team with shared tracking. Jimmy Cassells founded it in 2013. It runs from the Zeta II Building in Legazpi Village, Makati, with a second office in Singapore.

The SolarNRG case study is its clearest SEO result: 38,749 sessions in 2023, a 786% rise on the site's 2019 launch year. The work covered keyword research, regular technical audits, internal linking and blog content.

Newer case studies track how often ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity cite clients, and an August 2026 study analysed 1,146 buyer questions on those tools. Other SEO case studies report 218% organic traffic growth for beBOLD Digital and 79% organic blog growth for a recruitment agency. A paid search case study for Shegerian Law reports 1,233% growth in monthly lead conversions.

The homepage claims 500+ clients and no set-up fees, and lists Google Premier, HubSpot Platinum and ActiveCampaign partner status. The about page names 13 leaders, including a dedicated Head of SEO and a Head of Online PR.

  • Best for: Law firms, lenders, solar companies and recruiters that want SEO and PPC reported together.
  • Where it falls short: Its Clutch rating is 4.8 from 8 reviews (September 2026), but the newest review dates from July 2024. No white label service appears on its site.
  • Pricing: On request, through a growth proposal after a discovery call.

4. Optimind Technology Solutions

Optimind Technology Solutions homepage at myoptimind.com, captured September 2026

Optimind suits Philippine property developers, retailers and other local companies that want SEO from a firm that also builds websites and mobile apps. Wendy Ang, still its Chief Strategist, started it in April 2002 after three years building web applications for the Singapore government. It started large-scale SEO campaigns in 2006 and opened a Cebu office in 2012.

The about page lists over 30 team members and over 200 clients, while the homepage says 1,000+ businesses served. Its featured case study says Hizon's Catering reached more than 2,500 inquiries a month through its website. A Federal Land digital marketer, quoted on the homepage, reports a 50% rise in leads after the first year.

The SEO service page sells Starter, Growth, Enterprise and Framework packages, plus white label SEO for ad agencies and local SEO for multi-branch businesses.

Separate pages cover Shopify SEO, WordPress SEO and guest post outreach. Other testimonials come from Ayala Malls and Amaia Land. On Clutch, Optimind holds 5.0 from 4 reviews as of September 2026, the newest from April 2026.

  • Best for: Real estate developers and retail chains that want SEO, Google Ads and app development from one vendor.
  • Where it falls short: Its site names no GEO or AEO service, and its client count differs between the homepage and the about page.
  • Pricing: On request, with a quote after a free SEO audit.

5. SearchWorks.PH

SearchWorks.PH homepage at searchworks.ph, captured September 2026

SearchWorks.PH is a fit for agencies and in-house teams that need technical SEO, penalty removal or white label delivery. Glen Dimaandal runs it from San Fernando, Pampanga. Before that, he managed a 25-person internet marketing division at Brady, covering SEO specialists, PPC managers and copywriters.

Dimaandal's profile dates his SearchWorks role to October 2013, and the C-suite page says the company formed as GDI in 2014. Its best documented result is old. A 2016 case study took a Philippine cosmetics store from 4,500 to 85,000 organic visits in a little over six months, on a retainer under ₱40,000 a month. The fixes were basic, including clearing crawl errors in Search Console and checking for new ones each month.

The service list now runs from technical audits and link building to GEO for AI search and PPC management. SearchWorks.PH is one of three agencies here whose own site names all four services in the chart below.

Propelrr, SearchWorks.PH and Syntactics list GEO or AEO, paid ads, local SEO and white label SEO on their own sites, while Top Rank SEO Philippines lists only paid ads of the four

Its blog still publishes, with posts dated January 2026, though the site footer reads 2020. The archive holds 276 posts, 129 of them filed under SEO, plus SEO training and online reputation management pages.

  • Best for: Overseas agencies buying white label SEO, and sites recovering from a Google penalty.
  • Where it falls short: It has no Clutch reviews, and the newest case study with traffic numbers dates from 2016.
  • Pricing: On request. The SEO prices page gives no figures.

6. Seotal

Seotal homepage at seotal.com, captured September 2026

Seotal is our company, so weigh this entry with that in mind. It suits businesses that want one dedicated freelance SEO specialist, including Philippine talent, instead of an agency team. Seotal matches clients with vetted freelancers; it is not a local agency.

A client sends a brief and receives 3 to 5 screened profiles within 72 hours, then interviews candidates by video. Vetting covers a portfolio review, a written SEO test, a live technical interview, an English assessment and reference checks. The FAQ page says fewer than 5% of applicants join the talent pool.

Freelancers report through weekly written updates and a live Looker Studio dashboard, and clients pay one consolidated invoice with no platform fees.

The pricing page lists hourly work at $15 to $30 and a part-time retainer at $1,000 to $2,000 a month for 60 to 80 hours, with a 3-month minimum. Full-time contracts are custom. Its benchmark monthly rates for a Philippine SEO expert run from $550 to $900 at junior level to $4,200 to $6,500 at lead level.

  • Best for: SMEs that want a named specialist on set weekly hours, with a free replacement in the first 30 days.
  • Where it falls short: You direct the freelancer's priorities yourself. Seotal assigns a Talent Success Manager, not an agency strategy team.
  • Pricing: $15 to $30 an hour, or $1,000 to $2,000 a month part-time. See SEO freelancer rates by country for comparison.

7. Syntactics

Syntactics homepage at syntacticsinc.com, captured September 2026

Syntactics suits small businesses abroad that want SEO bundled with web design, software or virtual assistant support from one Philippine vendor. Stephanie Caragos and Wilfredo Kaamiño Jr. founded it in March 2000 and incorporated it in 2005. The homepage counts 5,814 projects completed worldwide.

Its SEO service page covers audits, keyword research, content, citation and link building, monthly reports and white label SEO.

The homepage says it builds sites for both search engines and AI answer tools such as ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews. Syntactics won in the SEO, WordPress and ReactJS categories of the TechBehemoths Global Excellence Awards 2025. It has belonged to the Philippine Software Industry Association since June 2018 and the Oro Chamber since 2011.

On Clutch it holds 4.7 from 13 reviews as of September 2026, tied for the most here:

Syntactics and Top Rank SEO Philippines have 13 Clutch reviews each, Spiralytics 8, Optimind 4, LeapOut 3 and Propelrr 1, while SEO Hacker, SearchWorks.PH and Growth Rocket have none

Most of those reviews describe web and software builds rather than SEO retainers, so ask for SEO references specifically.

  • Best for: Overseas SMEs and white label buyers that want SEO plus web and software work from one supplier.
  • Where it falls short: SEO is one service among many, and most of its Clutch reviews cover development work.
  • Pricing: On request. Clutch lists hourly rates under $25 and a $1,000 minimum project.

8. Growth Rocket

Growth Rocket homepage at growth-rocket.com, captured September 2026

Growth Rocket works for e-commerce and lead generation brands in the US, Australia and Southeast Asia that want SEO tied to paid ads and site builds. Its team page calls it a boutique digital agency based in Los Angeles with a home in Manila. Its Clutch profile gives 2015 as the founding year.

The strongest SEO numbers sit in its organic traffic case study. For a US chiropractic clinic network, it reports a 5,420% rise in organic blog traffic and 2,027 dofollow links over seven months. A Minneapolis rug store saw a 1,945% rise in organic blog traffic, and Lick Sleeve, a dog recovery sleeve brand, 1,879% growth in organic users.

Local work is on the homepage too. Anotoys, a Philippine toy collectibles retailer, reports a 174.68% rise in organic users, and Booky became the top food and drink app in the country by usage. The SEO menu covers local SEO, e-commerce SEO, link building and GEO, alongside Magento development.

The team page names Mike Villar as CEO and Joshua Evora as Director for SEO. The homepage also announces an agency partnership with Attentive, the SMS marketing platform.

  • Best for: Magento and Shopify retailers that want SEO, Google Ads and Meta ads managed together.
  • Where it falls short: Its main Clutch profile has no reviews as of September 2026, and the site footer lists only the Los Angeles address.
  • Pricing: On request, after a discovery call.

9. LeapOut Digital

LeapOut Digital homepage at leapoutdigital.com, captured September 2026

LeapOut Digital suits Shopify and e-commerce brands that want technical SEO, GEO and store development from one team. Its homepage gives 2017 as the founding year and Ortigas Center, Pasig City, as its base. Its SEO packages page says it started as a dedicated SEO agency in 2012.

The SEO packages page is the only public price list among these agencies. Each plan is priced by the number of focus keywords:

₱40,800
Organic Basic: 5 to 10 focus keywords, one blog post
₱72,000
Organic Plus: 11 to 20 focus keywords, two blog posts
₱129,600

11 to 20 focus keywords, with 30 monitored keywords, two blog posts a month and a quarterly site audit.

Brands named on the homepage include Bench, Under Armour PH, SM Retail and Reebok PH. LeapOut says AI platforms refer over 25% of its own website traffic, and that it built its own GEO scoring tool. The packages page calls it the first official Semrush accredited agency in the Philippines.

On Clutch it holds 5.0 from 3 reviews as of September 2026.

  • Best for: Shopify Plus merchants in the Philippines and Australia that track visibility in AI answers.
  • Where it falls short: Its site names no local SEO service, and all 3 Clutch reviews date from 2022 and cover e-commerce builds.
  • Pricing: ₱40,800 to ₱129,600 a month on its published SEO plans.

10. Top Rank SEO Philippines

Top Rank SEO Philippines about page at toprankseophilippines.com, captured September 2026

Top Rank SEO Philippines fits local businesses with small budgets that want SEO, content and website upkeep from one provider. Its Clutch profile describes it as the SEO division of Negosentro Media, led by Homer Nievera, with a Makati office. Clutch gives 2017 as its founding year.

The services page lists keyword research, website creation and hosting, a monthly content calendar written with partner Content Writers PH, and link building. The homepage carries a testimonial from the digital manager of Domino's Pizza Philippines. On Clutch it holds 4.9 from 13 reviews as of September 2026.

Its about page lists Negosentro.com, a publication set up in 2010, among its partners, and link building on the services page includes placements across that media network. Services also cover 24/7 website maintenance, hosting and cyber security.

  • Best for: Philippine SMEs that want low hourly rates, which Clutch lists as under $25, with content included.
  • Where it falls short: Its site names no GEO, local SEO or white label service.
  • Pricing: On request, with a free website audit and quote.

Hiring a Philippine SEO specialist instead of an agency

If the work is one channel, such as on-page fixes and link outreach, a single specialist can cost less than an agency team. Compare any quote against what SEO outsourcing costs.

Seotal matches you with vetted freelance SEO experts, including Filipino specialists listed on our Philippines talent page. Screened profiles arrive within 72 hours. Hire a freelance SEO expert when a dedicated person fits better than an agency retainer.
