Seotal provides SEO talent hiring, SEO outsourcing, local SEO outsourcing, website management, and content management services. We connect businesses with pre-vetted SEO and marketing professionals based in Southeast Asia, including the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Cambodia.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Account and Contact Information
When you submit a contact form, request a consultation, or engage our services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you.
4. Service Engagement
Engagement of Seotal's services is subject to the following:
- Consultation: Initial consultations are free of charge. We will discuss your SEO and marketing needs and recommend suitable talent or outsourcing solutions.
- Proposals: After consultation, we provide a tailored proposal outlining scope, pricing, and timelines.
- Agreements: All service engagements are governed by a separate Service Agreement signed by both parties, which will detail specific terms, deliverables, and payment schedules.
- Talent Hiring: When hiring SEO professionals through Seotal, the talent remains employed or contracted by Seotal unless a direct placement arrangement is agreed upon.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment terms are specified in individual Service Agreements.
- We accept payment via bank transfer, PayPal, and other methods as agreed.
- Invoices are issued monthly, quarterly, or as specified in your agreement.
- Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.
- All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Seotal Enterprises and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
Work product created by Seotal talent on behalf of a client belongs to the client, subject to full payment of applicable fees as outlined in the Service Agreement.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, client lists, technical processes, and financial information. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Seotal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Seotal in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- Seotal does not guarantee specific SEO rankings, traffic volumes, or business outcomes, as search engine results depend on many factors beyond our control.
9. Termination
- Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days written notice, unless otherwise specified in the Service Agreement.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms or the Service Agreement.
- Upon termination, any outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. SEO results vary based on industry, competition, website quality, and other factors.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seotal, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through arbitration in Kanchanaburi, Thailand.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
