1. SharpRocket

SharpRocket homepage at sharprocket.com.ph, captured September 2026

SharpRocket suits SaaS companies, online stores and SEO agencies that want a Philippine team doing links and content, and nothing else. Venchito Tampon and Joseph Gojo Cruz started it in 2015 with Php60,000, about $1,250, working from a small condominium unit.

The about page now names ten people: the two co-founders, seven SEO specialists and an HR assistant. The footer lists Gateway Tower in Araneta Center, Quezon City. Its strategies run from guest posts, niche edits and blogger outreach to broken link building, local link building and digital PR.

Named results sit on the homepage. Keypath Education received 820+ links, Spenmo's traffic value rose 371%, and Fiddlershop, a music store, grew organic traffic 310%. Across clients, SharpRocket counts 10,000+ links from sites between Ahrefs DR 30 and DR 70.

It is the only agency here with a dollar price list for links:

$1,500
Startup: 6 to 7 editorial links, DR 35+ minimum
$5,000
Growth: 22 to 24 editorial links, weekly strategy calls
$10,000
Authority: 50 editorial links, backlink gap analysis
SharpRocket link building plans, per month

The link building pricing page sets a DR 35 minimum on all three plans, and the homepage says clients pay only when SharpRocket delivers the links.

  • Best for: SaaS and e-commerce brands that want links pointed at product and landing pages on a fixed monthly count.
  • Where it falls short: Its Clutch profile has no reviews as of September 2026, and its team page names ten people.
  • Pricing: $1,500 to $10,000 a month on published plans.

2. Growfusely

Growfusely homepage at growfusely.com, captured September 2026

Growfusely fits B2B SaaS companies that want links earned through research, expert content and PR rather than bought from a per-link menu. Pratik Dholakiya founded it in 2018 as The 20 Media, and it took the Growfusely name in April 2020. Its site lists Bangalore and Mumbai as its locations.

Link work sits in a service line called Authority and Citations. It covers content-led link building from original research and data studies, PR-led placements in trade publications, founder-led PR, and linked and unlinked brand mentions. The about page counts 3,500+ links acquired, 50+ PR stories published and 1,000+ publications partnered.

Three case studies carry link numbers. Whatfix gained 250+ high-authority links through the content-led approach. Document360 received 20+ organic PR stories. Mind the Graph grew organic traffic 217% in six months, and its co-founder credits Growfusely's outreach team with more than doubling the site's referring domains.

Engagements come in four forms: a diagnostic, a 90-day sprint, a long-term retainer where Dholakiya leads monthly strategy, and an advisory setup for in-house teams. The site says most engagements begin with the diagnostic, and it also offers white label link building for partner agencies.

  • Best for: SaaS and developer tool brands that want digital PR and data studies to earn links and AI search citations.
  • Where it falls short: It publishes no prices, and its site names no guest post or link insertion service, so buyers wanting a fixed monthly link count need a different model.
  • Pricing: On request, usually starting with a diagnostic.

3. Infidigit

Infidigit link building services page at infidigit.com, captured September 2026

Infidigit suits mid-market and enterprise brands in India that want link building run by a large SEO agency, alongside technical and content work. Founder Kaushal Thakkar has worked in SEO since 2001, and the site lists its office at Topiwala Centre in Goregaon West, Mumbai. Clutch gives 2017 as its founding year.

com/link-building/) sets out a nine-step process. It includes relationship-based outreach, guest posts on reputable sites, competitor backlink analysis, broken link recovery, local campaigns and link audits.

com/guest-posting-services/) built on blogger outreach. The page credits a team of 180+ SEO experts and an in-house platform, InfiGrowth, that ranks outreach targets.

Its link case studies carry numbers. For a BFSI brand, Infidigit built contextual links from finance domains at DA 40+ between April and September 2025.

The brand's average keyword position improved 45%, and 66% of target keywords reached the top 3. A jewellery brand saw organic sessions rise 31% and referral traffic 21% in one quarter.

The SEO plans page lists Lite, Standard and Pro tiers by pages optimized, with prices by proposal. Testimonials on the link building page come from Myntra, Dun & Bradstreet and Loopify. On Clutch, it holds 5.0 from 2 reviews, the latest from June 2020.

  • Best for: Indian banks, insurers and retailers that want link building inside an enterprise SEO program.
  • Where it falls short: It publishes no link prices, and its Clutch reviews are few and from 2020.
  • Pricing: On request, through a proposal.

4. Get Clicks

Get Clicks link building page at getclicks.com.hk, captured September 2026

Get Clicks is a fit for brands that need links and media coverage in Hong Kong, in English or Chinese. Its founder, Killian Kostiha, is French and began doing SEO in 2008 during an internship in Barcelona. Clutch lists the agency as founded in 2016, with 2 to 9 employees in Hong Kong.

The digital PR page describes data-driven, non-promotional stories pitched to Hong Kong journalists. It names coverage for clients in TimeOut, uLifestyle, SCMP, The Standard and Marketing Interactive. The service includes data collection, infographics, press releases and translation for bilingual distribution.

Its link building page lists eight methods: broken links, digital PR, HARO, listicles, press release distribution, product reviews, sponsored content and unlinked mentions. Get Clicks is one of five agencies here naming four of the five methods below:

Get Clicks, SharpRocket, Infidigit, Seotal and Growfactor each list four of the five link methods checked, while First Page Digital and Search Studio list only a backlink audit

Its link building markets include Taiwan, Singapore, Vietnam and Malaysia, alongside the US and France, and the agency also sells SEO audits, GEO and content strategy.

The case studies page reports 90+ media mentions and backlinks for Preply from Hong Kong and regional outlets, across three digital PR campaigns. For Toyota's French site, non-branded clicks grew from about 5,000 to 8,000 a month in 2021 to over 30,000 in 2025.

  • Best for: International brands entering Hong Kong or Taiwan that need bilingual digital PR tied to SEO.
  • Where it falls short: It publishes no prices, its Clutch profile has no reviews yet, and Clutch sets a $5,000 minimum project.
  • Pricing: On request. Clutch lists $100 to $149 an hour.

5. Relevant Audience

Relevant Audience link building page at relevantaudience.com, captured September 2026

Relevant Audience fits businesses competing in Thai and English search that want links from a Bangkok agency that also runs paid ads. Its about page names Antonio as CEO and founder. It claims 500+ clients and more than $1 billion in managed ad spend.

Its site dates its track record to 2018, while Clutch gives 2017 as the founding year and lists 10 to 49 employees.

The link building page prints its prices: THB 4,000 to 15,000 per editorial link, depending on the site's DR and traffic. Monthly retainers run THB 25,000 to 120,000+. The page says the agency does not buy links from networks or private blog networks.

Clients approve the prospect list and the anchor text plan before outreach starts. The service covers guest posts on Thai and international publications, digital PR built on data studies, local citations, and backlink audits with toxic link cleanup.

A table on the page gives timelines per link type, and notes that some listicle and directory inclusions cost money.

How long does Relevant Audience say a digital PR placement takes, from research to live link?
6 to 12 weeks, against 3 to 6 weeks per guest contribution and 2 to 6 weeks for listicle or directory inclusion.

On Clutch, it holds 5.0 from 10 reviews as of September 2026. Its Decathlon case study reports a 20% rise in online revenue and 90% first-page keywords.

  • Best for: Brands entering Thailand that need Thai-language links alongside English ones.
  • Where it falls short: SEO makes up 20% of its Clutch service focus, behind paid search and social media at 30% each.
  • Pricing: THB 4,000 to 15,000 a link, or THB 25,000 to 120,000+ a month.

6. Seotal

Seotal homepage at seotal.com, captured September 2026

Seotal is our company, so weigh this entry accordingly. It suits small and medium businesses that want one dedicated freelance SEO specialist to run outreach on set monthly hours.

Seotal matches clients with vetted freelancers from India, the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and Dubai, UAE. It is not a link building agency and does not sell link placements.

A specialist's off-page work covers link building, digital PR and brand mentions. The FAQ page lists digital PR, guest posting, broken link building, HARO pitches, niche edits and resource page outreach. It states that freelancers use no private blog networks or paid link schemes.

A client sends a brief and receives 3 to 5 vetted profiles within 72 hours. Vetting covers a portfolio review, a written SEO test, a live technical interview, an English assessment and reference checks. Fewer than 5% of applicants join the talent pool.

Freelancers report through weekly written updates and a live Looker Studio dashboard linked to Search Console, GA4 and Ahrefs.

The pricing page lists hourly work at $15 to $30 and a part-time retainer at $1,000 to $2,000 a month for 60 to 80 hours, with a 3-month minimum. Clients get a free replacement in the first 30 days and one consolidated invoice.

  • Best for: Teams that want to own publisher relationships and approve each pitch, with a named specialist doing the outreach.
  • Where it falls short: You pay for hours, not links, so the number of placements depends on outreach results, and you set the specialist's priorities yourself.
  • Pricing: $15 to $30 an hour, or $1,000 to $2,000 a month part-time.

7. Growth Rocket

Growth Rocket link building and outreach page at growth-rocket.com, captured September 2026

Growth Rocket fits US and Southeast Asian e-commerce brands that want links earned through content and outreach by a team that also runs their ads.

Its team page calls it a boutique agency based in Los Angeles with a home in Manila. Clutch lists offices in Los Angeles and Pasig, 10 to 49 staff, and 2015 as the founding year.

The link building and outreach page lists four methods: editorial links through guest blogging, resource page links on .edu and .gov sites, blogger and media outreach, and helpful answers on Reddit and Quora.

The page says the team does not settle for paid links. Backlink cleanup, reclamation and link profile audits appear as separate services, along with reputation management that covers local directory citations.

The organic traffic case study carries its link numbers. A US chiropractic clinic network gained 2,027 dofollow links and a 5,420% rise in organic blog traffic in seven months. A Minneapolis rug store gained 5,064 dofollow links, with organic blog traffic up 1,945%.

The team page names Mike Villar as CEO, Houman Akhavan as founder and Joshua Evora as Director for SEO. Its outreach staff include an outreach lead, a specialist and a coordinator. Other case studies, for Booky and StoreHub, cover paid ads rather than links.

  • Best for: Magento and Shopify retailers that want content-led links alongside Google and Meta ads.
  • Where it falls short: Its Clutch profile has no reviews as of September 2026, and it publishes no prices.
  • Pricing: On request, after a discovery call.

8. First Page Digital

First Page Digital link building page at firstpagedigital.sg, captured September 2026

First Page Digital suits Singapore companies that want link building inside a wider SEO and paid media retainer at a large agency. It opened in Singapore in 2011, and its homepage describes a global team of 300+ specialists across four continents, with no work outsourced.

The link building page starts with an audit. The team compares your authority with competitors, runs a link intersect analysis to find links rivals have and you lack, and checks for spammy links and anchor text ratios. It then does outreach to target site owners.

The page lists the metrics it weighs: Domain Authority or Domain Rating, Page Authority or URL Rating, Trust Flow and Citation Flow, traffic and referring domains. For DAPP, a full campaign with a backlink audit and outreach raised organic traffic 55% and organic impressions 68%.

Its link building page displays a Clutch award for Top Link Building Company Singapore 2025. The agency runs campaigns on its own reporting platform, SENTR. On Clutch, it holds 4.6 from 50 reviews as of September 2026, with a $5,000 minimum project, $100 to $149 hourly rates and a service focus listed as 100% SEO.

  • Best for: Mid-sized Singapore firms that want links, technical SEO and Google Ads managed by one account team.
  • Where it falls short: Its link building page names no placement types such as guest posts or digital PR, and it publishes no prices.
  • Pricing: On request, after a free strategy session.

9. Search Studio

Search Studio backlink building page at searchstudio.co.th, captured September 2026

Search Studio works for Thai and Australian small businesses that want a boutique team to audit their links and run outreach as part of SEO. Its founders, Fonthip and Mam, entered digital marketing in 2013, delivering SEO work behind the scenes for agencies in Australia. The agency works from Suthep, Chiang Mai.

The about page names nine staff, including two SEO strategists, three SEO specialists and an outreach specialist. Its backlink building service has four parts: a backlink audit with competitor analysis, link opportunity research, outreach and relationship building, and AI citation building for sources that ChatGPT and Perplexity reference.

Case studies lean toward SEO outcomes rather than link counts. Skipper, an Australian home care brand, reached page one within six months and outranked Amazon, Woolworths and Aldi for key searches. Lussopack, a Bangkok luxury packaging maker, now gets leads from 15+ countries, with conversions up 133%.

EFL, a Chiang Mai English language school, needed SEO that reached Thai families, expats and international students. VPS HiSpeed has been a client since 2016. The services menu also lists white label SEO, international SEO and local SEO.

  • Best for: Small exporters and service firms that want outreach handled by the same team doing their on-page SEO.
  • Where it falls short: Its site names no specific placement types, such as guest posts or digital PR, and publishes no link counts in its case studies.
  • Pricing: On request. The site says each campaign is priced on what the website needs.

10. Growfactor

Growfactor link building page at growfactorllc.com, captured September 2026

Growfactor fits Pakistani businesses and overseas agencies that want outreach links bundled into a monthly SEO retainer billed in rupees. Its site lists an office in Phase VII of DHA, Karachi. The footer dates the business to 2020.

The link building page names seven services: guest posting, niche link insertion, outreach to websites, journalists and publishers, infographics and data studies, business directory listings, digital PR links and white-label campaigns. The page says it uses no link farms, no PBNs and no link exchanges.

Each campaign runs through six steps, from a backlink audit and competitor gap analysis to content written for each publisher. The monthly report lists each link with its referring domain, domain rating, relevance score, anchor text and ranking movement.

Its one link case study covers a Karachi tax consulting firm with no backlink profile. Growfactor built local citations, guest posts on Pakistani business publications and editorial links. Traffic rose from 40 to 670 daily visitors in 10 months, with 50+ inbound calls a day.

The SEO pricing page lists three monthly plans. Foundation, at PKR 150,000, covers an audit, technical fixes and 3 to 4 content pieces. Growth, at PKR 250,000, adds authority building with links and citations, and Scale, at PKR 350,000, adds PR mentions and a monthly strategy call.

  • Best for: Pakistani SMEs and agency resellers that want links, content and technical SEO on one invoice.
  • Where it falls short: It has no Clutch profile, publishes one link case study, and sells link building only inside its two upper SEO plans.
  • Pricing: PKR 150,000 to 350,000 a month, with links from the PKR 250,000 plan.

Agencies here price per link or per month, while a freelance specialist bills hours of outreach you direct. Before you sign, compare quotes with what SEO outsourcing costs.

I lead SEO and GEO at Seotal. We match you with a vetted freelance SEO specialist whose off-page work covers link building and digital PR, with profiles sent within 72 hours of your brief. Hire a freelance SEO expert, or see our SEO outsourcing services if you want a wider team.

Our guide to link building costs gives market averages by method. For retainers that bundle links with other work, see how to spot an overcharging SEO agency.

Paying for links that pass ranking credit is not. Google's spam policies list buying or selling links for ranking purposes as link spam. Its guide to qualifying outbound links asks publishers to mark paid placements with rel="sponsored".

I would ask for each live URL, the anchor text, the linking page's organic traffic and the date the link went live, so you can check each placement yourself. Write those fields into the agreement using our SEO contract template.

Where can I compare full-service SEO agencies by country?

Our country lists cover SEO agencies in the Philippines, SEO agencies in Vietnam and SEO agencies in Indonesia.
