Doxadigital's company timeline starts on 22 November 2002, which makes it the oldest firm here. Its SEO page also carries the widest published fee band in this list: Rp8 million to Rp132 million a month for SMB and e-commerce campaigns. Coriate's cheapest package, in Tangerang, costs Rp3.5 million a month.

1. Arfadia

Arfadia suits mid-size and enterprise brands that want SEO, generative engine optimization (GEO), online reputation work and PR run by one agency. It started with five people in Kuningan, South Jakarta, in 2008 and became PT Arfadia Digital Indonesia in 2013. Today it states 120+ specialists across Jakarta, Bandung and Bali, and 625+ clients.
Its SEO service page is one of the few in Indonesia with a price table. Starter SEO costs $500 a month for up to 20 keywords and 10 articles. Growth SEO + GEO costs $2,500 with 20 articles, and Enterprise SEO starts at $5,000. All three packages need a 6-month commitment.
The featured JobStreet Express case reports monthly organic visitors rising from 5,000 to 93,200 in six months from January 2024. Arfadia holds ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001 certification, and says it launched GEO as a formal service in 2023, measured with its own RoGEO framework.
- Best for: Insurers, manufacturers and government bodies that want SEO, AI citations and media relations under one contract.
- Where it falls short: SEO is 35% of its Clutch service mix, next to social, PR and paid search, and the published prices are in US dollars rather than rupiah.
- Pricing: From $500 a month (Starter SEO), $2,500 (Growth SEO + GEO) or $5,000+ (Enterprise), with a 6-month minimum.
2. cmlabs

cmlabs fits banks, hospital groups and FMCG brands that need technical SEO on large sites, often with limited access to the CMS. Its OCBC Bank case study reports a 14,867% rise in organic traffic up to January 2024, after a partnership that began in 2020.
In that project, the bank's own site security blocked Googlebot, so cmlabs changed the security settings and worked through a domain migration with the bank's developers. The case study says 90.13% of targeted keywords ranked in positions 1 to 5, and it notes that some of the data came from third-party tools.
Founded in 2019, cmlabs works from Jl. Pluit Kencana Raya in North Jakarta, and Clutch also lists a Malang office. Its about page describes the firm as SEO and GEO first, with SEM, app store optimization, Meta Ads, web development and creative services beside it. The SEO service page prints three plans:
The page does not state a billing period next to those prices. cmlabs also runs free webmaster tools, including a page speed test, a robots.txt generator and a redirect chain checker.
- Best for: Financial and healthcare brands with strict IT controls that want reports weekly, monthly and yearly.
- Where it falls short: Its Clutch profile holds 3 reviews (4.7, read September 2026), and the plan prices carry no stated period.
- Pricing: Standard IDR 12.5 million, Professional IDR 22.5 million, Advanced IDR 32.5 million.
3. Doxadigital

Doxadigital suits large retailers and automotive brands that want SEO tied to leads and sales, from a firm that also runs Google, Meta and TikTok ads. IKEA Indonesia hired it for SEO in July 2024, on a site its SEO page says had stagnated for more than four years.
Founder and CEO Viktor Iwan Kristanda built an in-house method the agency calls STARS, short for Semantic and Topical Authority for Retrieval System. Doxadigital began work for Astraotoshop in December 2023, starting with crawlability and indexing before content. The SEO page counts 250+ clients, and the office sits on Jl. Greenville in West Jakarta.
Doxadigital is one of three firms here that print monthly SEO fees in rupiah, and its band is the widest of the three:

Local SEO for Google Maps starts at Rp500,000 a month, and the FAQ says the firm offers no fixed rate card.
Doxadigital became a Google Premier Partner again in 2025, a status its site describes as the top 3% of Google Partners in Indonesia. It was a finalist in three categories of the Google Agency Excellence Awards in December 2024.
- Best for: Enterprise and e-commerce sites that want SEO measured against leads and revenue.
- Where it falls short: SEO and performance marketing each take 30% of its Clutch service mix (4.9 from 7 reviews, read September 2026).
- Pricing: Local SEO from Rp500,000 a month; SMB and e-commerce campaigns from Rp8 million to Rp132 million a month.
4. ToffeeDev

ToffeeDev works for Jakarta companies that want SEO and paid search handled by the same Google Premier Partner team. Its homepage states 80+ professionals and 700 clients over 12 years, and its about page dates the company to 2011. On Clutch, SEO makes up 50% of its work and pay per click 40%.
The SEO service page splits the work into six offers: SEO for AI, e-commerce SEO, B2B SEO, local SEO, SEO audits and SEO for agencies. Its FAQ puts first results at 3 to 6 months and says ToffeeDev gives no guaranteed outcome.
Each engagement runs from an audit and keyword selection to optimization and a monthly report. Prices follow what it calls a customer-based model, quoted per client.
ToffeeDev also runs ads on Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Yandex, plus programmatic buys. Its menu covers all four service types in this chart:

The site offers three free tools: an AI visibility audit, an SEO checker and a Google Maps audit. The office is in a business park on Jl. Raya Meruya Ilir, West Jakarta. The SEO page quotes a member of the digital marcom team at Indosat M2 praising its optimization work.
- Best for: Mid-size Jakarta businesses that want SEO, a company website and paid ads managed by one vendor.
- Where it falls short: It publishes no prices, and its Clutch profile has no reviews as of September 2026.
- Pricing: On request. Clutch lists a $5,000 minimum project.
5. Grow & Bless

Grow & Bless suits established companies, banks and property groups among them, that need deep technical SEO fixes or many Google Business Profiles managed at once. Its homepage says it manages 1,000+ profile locations for Indonesian financial institutions, and it takes on profile management only for businesses with 10 or more locations.
The clearest proof is its BTN Properti case study. A new tech stack moved the site to client-side rendering, key templates returned a near-empty HTML shell, and organic traffic fell to almost zero. Grow & Bless recommended a return to server-side rendering, cleaned up canonicals and sitemaps, and reports traffic back above 100,000 monthly visits.
A rendering audit like that one is what I would ask an agency to show before it starts writing content for a JavaScript site. Grow & Bless sets up a live Looker Studio dashboard within two weeks of kickoff, and its SEO page asks for a 6-month minimum engagement.
The company is PT Tumbuh Berkat Indonesia, active since 2020. Founder and CEO Ardian Susanto has 8+ years in digital marketing, and the about page names 12 staff, including a senior SEO specialist and a Google Business specialist.
- Best for: Banks, hospitality groups and B2B firms with many branches or a site that lost its indexing.
- Where it falls short: It is a small team, and the newest of its 5 Clutch reviews dates from July 2024 (4.9, read September 2026).
- Pricing: On request; Clutch lists a $1,000 minimum project.
6. Seotal

Seotal is our company, so weigh this entry accordingly. It suits businesses that want one dedicated freelance SEO specialist, including Indonesian talent, instead of an agency team. Seotal matches clients with vetted freelancers; it is not a local agency.
A client sends a brief and receives 3 to 5 screened profiles within 72 hours, then interviews candidates by video.
Vetting covers a portfolio review, a written SEO test, a live technical interview with a senior SEO lead, an English assessment and a reference check. The FAQ says fewer than 5% of applicants join the active pool.
Seotal's pricing page lists hourly work at $15 to $30 with no minimum. A part-time retainer costs $1,000 to $2,000 a month for 60 to 80 hours, with a 3-month minimum, a free replacement in the first 30 days and a live Looker Studio dashboard. Full-time hires are custom priced, with a 6-month minimum.
For Indonesia, the same page gives monthly rates for an SEO expert from $400 to $750 at junior level up to $3,500 to $5,500 at lead level. Freelancers who write in Bahasa Indonesia are available, and the hub covers a freelance SEO specialist in Indonesia as well as local and technical SEO roles.
- Best for: Startups and SMEs that want a named specialist on set weekly hours inside their own tools.
- Where it falls short: You get one freelancer, not an agency's content, PR and development teams.
- Pricing: $15 to $30 an hour, or $1,000 to $2,000 a month part-time.
7. Meson Digital

Meson Digital fits consumer brands and property developers that want SEO run next to Google Ads, social media and influencer campaigns. For the e-commerce platform Tokoplas, its SEO page reports 187% traffic growth in six months and 800+ keywords on Google's first page.
The SEO page lists two more results. For Essilor, whose site already drew traffic, Meson reports a 92% increase in organic conversions. For Tasty Snack Asia, a Singapore online store, it reports 48% growth in organic revenue.
Meson splits the work into on-page, off-page and technical SEO, with monthly reports.
Meson began in 2018 and works from Kirana Two Office Tower in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta. CEO Yeremia Anugerah leads a management team with CMO Jordy Gunawan and CTO Enrico Gunawan. The site shows Google Partner and Meta media buying badges, and its service menu adds conversion rate optimization, lead generation and online PR.
Client logos on the site include Honda, DJI, Sinarmas Land and HyperX. Its paid media work is documented too: an IHH Healthcare campaign lists 1,700+ patient appointments in Indonesia.
- Best for: Consumer and property brands that want SEO, ads and social under one Jakarta account team.
- Where it falls short: SEO is 15% of its Clutch service mix, and the one review there dates from June 2020 (4.5, read September 2026).
- Pricing: On request; Clutch lists a $10,000 minimum project.
8. Coriate

Coriate suits SMEs in Tangerang, Jakarta and other Indonesian cities that want a fixed monthly SEO package with the deliverables listed. Its SEO page shows a six-month result for YUKK, a payment gateway: total clicks up 935%, impressions up 462% and an average CTR of 4.8%.
PT Carola Digital Kreatif has traded as Coriate since 2014, from Ruko Star of Asia in Tangerang Regency. The homepage states 70+ professionals and 50+ clients. Each package adds keywords, articles and backlinks as the price rises:
- Peridot: Rp3.5 million a month for 1 main keyword, 5 SEO articles and 2 backlinks.
- Citrine: Rp5 million a month for 2 to 3 main keywords, 10 articles and 4 backlinks.
- Ruby: Rp7.5 million a month for more than 3 main keywords, 15 articles and 6 backlinks.
All three include an SEO audit, internal linking and a disavow of harmful backlinks, with a 3-month minimum contract.
What does Coriate's FAQ say about ranking guarantees?
Besides SEO, Coriate builds WordPress sites and runs Google Ads, social media management and short video production. Its FAQ says it turns down gambling and adult sites. If you compare packages on backlink count, set them against what link building costs on the open market.
- Best for: Small and mid-size businesses that want a price, a keyword count and an article count agreed before the first call.
- Where it falls short: We found no Clutch profile for it, and the packages cover Indonesian-language keywords.
- Pricing: Rp3.5 million to Rp7.5 million a month, 3-month minimum.
9. Rankpillar

Rankpillar fits consumer brands that sell through their own site and through Shopee, Tokopedia and Lazada, and want SEO planned next to that marketplace work. On its SEO service page, Rankpillar reports an average keyword ranking of 2.8 for office rental agent SewaKantorCBD.com, plus 35% more clients and 40% more revenue after work that began in 2020.
The SEO offer has three parts: on-page diagnosis covering server speed and site structure, off-page authority building, and content writing. A separate website service covers builds and rebuilds. Testimonials on the site come from Irvan Sanjaya of Blibli.com and from Evermos, whose reviewer praises its on-page SEO and its communication with Evermos engineers.
Rankpillar dates itself to 2019 and says it has served 200+ clients. It belongs to GDR Group (PT Global Digital Raya) and lists two South Jakarta offices, at The CEO building on Jl. TB Simatupang and at Beltway Office Park. The site runs in Indonesian, English and Chinese.
Much of the homepage covers commerce rather than search. It features an Amazfit TikTok Shop campaign with revenue 11.7 times the January to April average, plus KOL, live streaming and media publishing services.
- Best for: Direct-to-consumer brands that want SEO, marketplace growth and creator campaigns from one Jakarta group.
- Where it falls short: SEO is one of several service lines, it publishes no prices, and we found no Clutch profile for it.
- Pricing: On request, after a free consultation.
10. Satu Digital

Satu Digital suits small Jakarta businesses that want a named set of keywords worked on for a year at a fixed starting price. Gereggi founded it in 2017 as an SEO and website specialist, and the site lists offices in Grogol, West Jakarta, and Setiabudi, South Jakarta.
The Targeting Keywords page, updated for September 2026, starts at Rp3 million a month. That plan covers 1 main keyword, 3 related keywords and 1 article a month, with a target of at least 15% more visitors.
The larger plans raise the keyword count, the articles and the visitor target, and the four Custom Keywords plans start at Rp4 million, Rp6 million, Rp10 million and Rp15 million.
Satu Digital's 12-month term is the longest minimum among the firms that publish one:

Clients pay up front for 3 or 6 months at a time. If the keywords have not reached page one after 360 days, Satu Digital adds 30 days of work at no charge.
Reports go out by email each month, and the site offers a free disavow file generator. The homepage counts 20+ clients since 2017.
- Best for: Local service firms and suppliers that want a few high-competition keywords worked on for a full year.
- Where it falls short: It is a small operation, it lists no paid ads service, and we found no Clutch profile.
- Pricing: From Rp3 million a month, paid per 3 or 6 months, on a 12-month contract.
Hiring an Indonesian SEO specialist instead of an agency
The agencies above sell a team on a monthly retainer or a project. If you need one person on set hours, Seotal matches you with a vetted freelance SEO expert, including specialists based in Indonesia; our Indonesia talent page covers the local pool.
I lead SEO and GEO at Seotal, and we send 3 to 5 screened profiles within 72 hours of a brief. Hire a freelance SEO expert, or check an agency quote first against what SEO outsourcing costs.
