Local SEO Specialist

Grow map pack visibility and calls for US local service businesses and multi-location brands.

Clients include home services, clinics, law firms and franchises. You will run their Google Business Profiles, citations, reviews and location pages, and tie the work back to calls and bookings.

What you will do

• Optimise and manage Google Business Profiles, including posts, photos and Q&A
• Build and clean up citations across major directories and data aggregators
• Create review generation and response workflows
• Plan and optimise location and service area pages
• Track map pack rankings, calls and direction requests

What you need

• 5+ years of local SEO for US businesses
• Experience managing 10+ Google Business Profiles at once
• Working knowledge of BrightLocal, Whitespark or Local Falcon
• Knows how to handle suspensions, duplicate listings and NAP conflicts
• Clear written English and good attention to detail

Nice to have

• Multi-location or franchise experience
• Call tracking setup with CallRail or similar
